3/4 cup Pace Picante Sauce ( Thick & Chunky , heat level of choice & drained )
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese ( shredded )
1/2 cup cheddar cheese ( shredded )
1/2 cup sour cream
Tex-Mex Spaghetti Pie is a twist on the classic Italian dish, made with a Mexican twist. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175 C).
2.Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and toss with grated Parmesan and softened butter until well coated.
3.Press spaghetti firmly into the bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9' pie pan.
4.Brown ground beef with roughly diced onions in a skillet over medium heat, until onions are soft and lightly caramelized.
5.Spread Mexicorn, sliced black olives, and browned beef mixture evenly on top of spaghetti crust.
6.In a bowl, whisk together slightly beaten eggs with drained Pace Picante sauce and shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
7.Pour egg mixture evenly over the meat and vegetable filling.
8.Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set.
