1 1/3 lbs fresh salmon fillets , cut in thin leaves
2 lbs frozen spinach
2 eggs
4 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper , to taste

Instructions

9.Cover the pan with foil and bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the terrine is cooked through.
10.Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
11.Chill the terrine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
