Ingredients

2 cucumbers , peeled and sliced into half-moon shapes
1 pint grape tomatoes , sliced in half

1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups large shred mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne ( ground red pepper )

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, grape tomatoes, drained artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, and diced pimentos.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the canola oil, fresh lemon juice, crushed garlic, Lawry's Seasoned Salt, pepper, white wine vinegar, italian seasoning, sugar, and cayenne.
3.Pour the dressing over the vegetables, and stir until all the vegetables are coated.
4.Add the large shred mozzarella cheese, and toss gently to combine.
5.Chill the salad in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving, to allow the flavors to meld together.
