2 teaspoons sesame seeds , toasted in a dry frypan
2 fillets boneless white fish , such as Trevally
1 large zucchini or 2 small zucchini
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 green onions , finely sliced on the diagonal

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C / 350F.
2.Mix teriyaki sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds together in a bowl.

4.Slice the zucchini into rounds and mix with olive oil in a separate bowl.
5.Place the zucchini around the fish in the baking dish.
