Ingredients

3 lbs pork tenderloin
1 1/2 cups teriyaki marinade

1/2 green bell pepper , cut in strips

handful pickled jalapeno pepper
1/2 cup salsa
salt and pepper

1/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
taco shell
1 cup Mexican blend cheese
diced tomato
shredded lettuce
sour cream
salsa

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

4.Cook for 3-4 minutes more.
5.Transfer to oven and roast for 25-30 minutes.
6.Take a separate pot and add refried beans, chicken broth, coriander, cumin, garlic powder, and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
7.Warm the taco shells in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
8.To assemble tacos, fill each shell with pork, a spoonful of beans, shredded cheese, diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and salsa. Top with cilantro and sour cream.
