2 teaspoons dried leaf basil
2 teaspoons dried savory
2 teaspoons salt

2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons masa harina
steamed rice , to serve

Instructions

1.Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

4.Add crushed tomatoes, tequila, lime juice, cilantro, shredded basil leaves, tomato paste, oregano leaves, basil, savory, salt, white pepper, bay leaves, sugar, and masa harina.
5.Let the pot simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
6.Remove the bay leaves and discard them before serving.
