5 1/2 ounces basmati rice
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 teaspoon saffron
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons diced white onions
3/4 green onion , sliced
2 tablespoons diced red bell peppers

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Season the cubed beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
3.In a sauté pan over medium-high heat, cook the beef cubes in vegetable oil until browned on all sides.
4.Place the beef in an oven-safe dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your preferred temperature.

8.Add the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables and pour the Thai sauce over everything.
9.Heat everything for 1-2 minutes and serve over basmati rice.
10.Garnish with fresh sliced green onions and diced red bell peppers.
