1 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon instant coffee , I like Nescafe Brasilia for this
3/4 - 1 cup whipped cream or 3/4-1 cup squirty cream
2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
cocoa powder , to dust
coffee beans or chocolate-covered coffee beans , to decorate
