2 teaspoons salt

1 parsley root , peeled and sliced
2 cups boiling water
1 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 lb bacon , cut into thin strips
butter or margarine
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 grated lemon , rind of
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
