Ingredients

2 cups water
1/3 cup honey
1 bottle white wine ( light , mildly sweet wine such as a riesling , soave or pinot grigio )

Instructions

1.In a medium saucepan, heat the water and honey over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey has dissolved.

4.Mix well and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
