4 tablespoons chili seasoning mix or 4 tablespoons chili powder
1 can tomato sauce
3 cans water ( tomato sauce cans )
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In a large dutch oven, brown the beef on all sides over medium-high heat.
3.Add the chopped onion, sliced jalapeno, and garlic powder to the dutch oven and cook for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.
4.Add the chili seasoning mix or chili powder to the dutch oven and stir to coat the beef and vegetable mixture.
5.Pour the can of tomato sauce and 3 cans of water (using the empty tomato sauce can) over the beef mixture in the dutch oven.
6.Season with salt and pepper.
7.Cover the dutch oven with a lid and place it in the preheated oven.
8.Roast the beef for 2-2.5 hours, until it is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
9.Serve hot with your choice of sides.
