12 ounces porridge oats
2 small bananas , mashed
2 ounces dried banana pieces , roughly crushed

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
2.In a large saucepan, melt the butter, sugar and honey together over a low heat.
3.Add the porridge oats, mashed bananas and crushed dried bananas. Mix well.
4.Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down firmly.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
6.Leave to cool completely in the pan, then cut into bars and serve.
