Instructions

9.Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest again for 15 minutes.
10.Uncover the dough, make some shallow cuts across the top with a sharp knife, and bake for 50 to 60 minutes until golden brown.
11.Transfer the bread onto a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing.
