4 tablespoons honey , preferably heather honey
1/2 cup cream cheese , room temperature ( Norgwegian Snà frisk if you can find it . If using regular cream cheese the soft tubs work best . )
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Toast the breadcrumbs in a pan on low heat until they turn golden brown.
3.Layer the wild blueberries in the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish.
4.Mix the sour cream, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of honey until smooth.
5.Layer the cream cheese mixture on top of the blueberries.
6.Layer the cloudberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
7.Drizzle the remaining honey on top of the cloudberries.
8.Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumbs on top of the honey.
9.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
