Instructions

1.In a large pot, combine the water, sugar, cayenne pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and stir until the sugar has dissolved.

4.Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F.

8.Remove the meat from the smoker and let rest for 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving.
