Ingredients

1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon fresh finely chopped thyme ( or 1 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite dried herb )
1 large egg , for egg wash
1 pinch salt
grated gruyere cheese , for sprinkling

Instructions
