Ingredients

200 g flour ( about7 oz )
2 tablespoons oil
125 ml water
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon butter
200 g creme fraiche ( or sour cream )
200 g onions , sliced
100 g bacon , sliced thin
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 250C/480F.
2.In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt together.
3.Add the oil and water to the bowl and mix until the dough comes together.
4.Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out to a thin rectangle.
5.Spread creme fraiche/sour cream over the dough leaving an inch from the edges.
6.Top with bacon slices and sliced onions.
7.Season with salt and pepper.
8.Dot with butter and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges of the dough are golden brown.
