1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 peasant rolls

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

4.Add the reserved flour mixture, salt, tarragon and pepper to the skillet and mix until well combined. Pour mixture into a baking dish and top each peasant roll with an equal amount of the chicken mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
5.Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until rolls are browned and chicken is cooked through.
