1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 cup mild green chili , chopped ( canned )
12 corn tortillas
oil
salsa
sour cream
guacamole

Instructions

1.In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic.
2.Add the tomato sauce, cumin, and green chilies. Stir to combine, and let simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
3.Heat the tortillas in a microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften.
4.Take one tortilla and add 1-2 tablespoons of filling. Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with all remaining tortillas and filling.
5.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the taquitos until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
6.Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Remove toothpicks before serving.
7.Serve with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on the side.
