4 chicken breasts , bone-in
1 bunch of fresh mint

1 piece cucumber , 3in , peeled and cubed
2/3 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 lemon , juice of

1 pinch fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

2.Cut 3 deep slits on the chicken breasts and place them in the mixing bowl.
3.Coat the chicken breasts with marination mix, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
