1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 -4 teaspoons green chili sauce
red chili sauce
3 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
spring onion ( green parts )

Instructions

1.In a pan, heat vegetable oil over high heat.
2.Add garlic paste, onions, and sauté for 2 minutes.
3.Add all vegetables, chicken, salt, black pepper, and ajinomoto. Sauté for 5 - 7 minutes until vegetables are cooked.
4.Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, and white vinegar. Mix well.
5.Add cold cooked rice, mix, and cook for 5 - 7 minutes over high heat.
6.Stir in spring onion greens and serve hot.
