Instructions

4.Take the edge of the omelette furthest from you and roll tightly towards you, gathering the cooked egg as you roll.
5.Push the rolled omelette back to the furthest edge of the pan and repeat steps 3-4 with another spoonful of egg mixture. Keep adding more egg mixture to the pan this way, rolling up the omelette as you go.
6.Once all of the egg mixture has been used up, keep rolling the omelette in the pan to firm up the shape.
7.Remove the omelette from the pan and cut it into slices. Serve and enjoy!
