2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes ( Italian pizza version ) or 1/4 teaspoon korean red pepper powder ( coarse version )
lettuce leaf ( garnish )

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, add ground chicken, green onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, sesame salt, kosher salt, light soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
3.Take a handful of mixture and form it into an oval shape. Place on parchment paper.
4.Repeat till all the patties are formed
