1 -2 tablespoon sugar
1 small dried shrimp ( optional )
8 ounces soft tofu ( optional )

1/4 cup sliced cucumber ( optional )

Instructions

1.Start by soaking the dried shiitake mushrooms in water for 30 minutes and then dice them.

5.Add 1-2 tablespoons of sugar to the pan, along with the diced shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, and soft tofu (if using). Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.Serve the Taiwanese Spaghetti with cilantro and sliced cucumbers on top.
