1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup luke warm water
4 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions

1.For the dough:

10.Add 1-2 tablespoons of the pork filling to the center of each disc, and then gather the edges of the dough together to pinch and seal.
11.Place the filled buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
12.Cover and let them rest for another 20-30 minutes.
13.Steam the buns over high heat for 10-12 minutes, until they are cooked through.
