2 teaspoons mushrooms , seasoning powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger , grated
1/2 teaspoon white pepper or 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
30 wonton wrappers

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix 4 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon black vinegar.
2.In another bowl, mix the pork, chives or scallions, mushrooms seasoning powder, cornstarch, salt, ginger, white or black pepper, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
3.Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper and gather the edges to form a pouch, twisting to seal.
4.Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the dumplings and cook until they float to the surface. Continue to cook for 2 to 3 minutes more before removing with a slotted spoon and draining.
5.Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
