1 orange , grated , zest of
3/4 cup orange juice
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 dash salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 cup walnuts ( broken into small pieces )
1/2 cup sultana raisin

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F/175°C.
