3 tablespoons butter
1 package frozen spinach , start with 1/2 this
1/2 lb crabmeat , i used louis kemp
1 cup light cream

Instructions

1.In a pot, simmer chicken stock and grated onion in butter until onion is soft.
2.Add coconut milk and frozen spinach. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3.Add in crabmeat and light cream. Simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
