2/3 cup italian parmigiano-reggiano cheese , freshly grated
1 cup blanched almond , toasted and coarsely chopped

Instructions

1.In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

3.Meanwhile, bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook the tagliatelle pasta noodles in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes, or until al dente.
