100 g minced meat ( beef and pork )
2 leaves lettuce
20 g cheese
1/2 onion
1 tablespoon salsa
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup

Instructions

1.Rinse the rice and add it to a pot with 400 ml of water. Cook on medium heat until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender and fluffy.
2.In a frying pan, cook the minced meat over medium heat until well browned, then add the chili powder and Tabasco sauce. Remove from heat and set aside.
3.In another pan, sauté the onions until they are soft and translucent. Add the meat mixture and ketchup to the pan and mix well. Set aside.
4.Wash the lettuce leaves and shred them.
5.To assemble the dish, put a portion of rice in a bowl, add the meat and onion mixture on top of the rice, and sprinkle with shredded lettuce and cheese. Serve hot with salsa on the side.
