4 tablespoons cold water
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh cucumber

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Cut up the chicken and place it in a large bowl.
3.Add the drained artichoke hearts, chickpeas, crushed or diced tomatoes, coarsely grated carrots, chicken broth, white wine, chopped fresh mint, and chopped garlic to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
4.Add in the bulgur wheat and finely grated lemon rind. Stir until well combined.
