2 large garlic cloves , peeled , chopped and dried in the open air for 2 days ( or 2 teaspoons garlic powder )
1/4 cup coriander seed
1 tablespoon caraway seed
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Instructions

1.In a skillet over medium heat, toast the coriander and caraway seeds for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

3.Add the ground spices to a bowl along with the cayenne pepper and dried garlic.
4.Mix well to combine.
5.Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
