1/2 cup coriander seed
4 tablespoons fresh garlic , chopped
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ras el hanout spice mix

Instructions

1.Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.

4.Once cooled, grind the seeds in a coffee grinder or spice grinder until they are a fine powder.
5.Combine the ground seeds, crushed red pepper flakes, chopped garlic, and ras el hanout spice mix in a bowl.
6.Mix well and store in an airtight container.
