slab butter
olive oil

2 pinches sugar
1 can consomme
1 can beef broth
2 cans water
1 1/2 ounces cognac
1 -2 cup sweet red wine
1 -2 teaspoon rum
1/4 cup dry parmesan cheese

Instructions
