16 ounces vermicelli , cooked according to directions
16 ounces frozen steamer pea pods , cooked according to directions

Instructions

1.In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
2.Add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the wok and cook for 1 minute.
3.In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and beef broth. Add the hoisin sauce and soy sauce, and whisk until well combined.
4.Pour the sauce into the wok and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
5.Add the cooked vermicelli and pea pods to the wok, and toss to combine with the beef and sauce.
