Ingredients

1 duck
szechuan ground pepper
salt
4 cm ginger , sliced
3 spring onions
1/2 - 1 cup shaoxing wine
3/4 cup lychee tea
1/2 cup sugar
2 sticks cinnamon
4 star anise

Instructions
