These Swiss Turkey Burgers in Tomato Gravy are a delicious and healthy option for dinner, using ground turkey as a lean protein source. The turkey patties are seasoned with Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, and seasoning salt, making them flavorful and juicy. The tomato gravy is made with fire-roasted tomatoes and chicken bouillon cube, and is served on top of the turkey patties with a slice of Swiss cheese. The side of roasted red potatoes is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making it a perfect complement to the dish.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Toss the potato wedges with 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 teaspoon kosher salt and spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
3.In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, egg, Dijon mustard, seasoning salt, breadcrumbs, and black pepper until well combined. Form the mixture into 6 patties.
4.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook the turkey patties until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
5.In the same skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the sliced onion until translucent and tender, about 5 minutes. Add the fire-roasted tomatoes and chicken bouillon cube and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
6.Return the turkey patties to the skillet and spoon the tomato gravy over them. Top each patty with a slice of Swiss cheese and cover with a lid. Let the cheese melt, about 2-3 minutes.
7.Serve the Swiss Turkey Burgers with the roasted potatoes on the side.
