Swiss Steak and Dumplings Bake is a classic American dish that has been enjoyed for generations. Tender cubes of steak are coated in flour and then cooked with onions, garlic (if using), cream of chicken soup, and milk to create a rich, creamy sauce. Savory dumplings are then dropped onto the top of the mixture and baked in the oven until crisp and golden brown. This hearty dish is perfect for cold winter nights or when you need to feed a crowd.
