6 slices swiss cheese
12 slices dark rye bread , toasted

Instructions

4.In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and cook each burger patty until they are well-browned, for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
5.During the last minute of cooking, top each pattie with a slice of Swiss cheese and cover the skillet with a lid, allowing the cheese to melt.
6.When the burgers are cooked, place them on a plate and top each one with a portion of the sautéed mushrooms. Serve on a slice of toasted rye bread.
