Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2.Debone and skin large chicken breasts and put them into an oven-safe dish.
3.Mix 3 tablespoons melted butter, 4 cloves crushed garlic, 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, and 1 teaspoon lemon pepper in a small bowl.
4.Spread the mixture over the chicken breasts.
5.Cut 1 lemon into wedges and place them on top of the chicken.
6.Cut 1/2 red and 1/2 green bell pepper into thin slices and arrange them around the chicken.
7.Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
8.Bake for 25 minutes and remove the foil.
9.Place 4 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken.
10.Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned.
