Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
2.In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3.Stir in egg until well combined, then add in vanilla and lemon zest.
4.In a separate bowl, mix together flour, kosher salt, and cinnamon.
5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6.On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut the dough into strips about 2x4 inches in size.
7.In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk together. In another small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
8.Brush each strip with the egg mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
9.Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
10.Let cool and serve!
