Instructions

1.In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the hottest tap water.
2.In another bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add the mixture to the yeast mixture alternately with the sour cream.
3.Gently fold in the beaten egg and shredded swiss cheese.
4.Divide the batter into four greased, miniature loaf pans.
5.Sprinkle with sesame seeds and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
6.In a preheated oven, bake at 180C for approximately 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
