1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup water , warm
140 g tomato paste
100 g swiss cheese
1 large leek , washed and sliced
150 g bacon , chopped
1 cup pumpkin , diced
2 teaspoons oregano
1 tablespoon milk
A Swiss Cheese Calzone is a pizza pocket filled with tomato paste, swiss cheese, sliced leek, chopped bacon, diced pumpkin, and oregano. Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar, and flour together and then add the olive oil and warm water. Knead for 5 minutes and then let it rest for 10 minutes.
2.Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking sheet.
3.Roll the dough out into a circle shape and add the tomato paste, swiss cheese, sliced leek, chopped bacon, diced pumpkin, and oregano over one half of the dough. Fold the other half over and pinch the edges closed.
4.Brush the calzone with milk and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
5.Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
