1 bunch swiss chard
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces fresh shiitake mushrooms
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 leeks
3 garlic cloves , peeled and chopped
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon hot chili flakes , if desired

Instructions

1.Rinse the swiss chard well and remove the ribs.

3.Finely slice the white and green parts of the leeks.
4.Clean the shiitake mushrooms and slice them.
5.Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
6.Add the leeks and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7.Add the garlic, chili flakes, and shiitake mushrooms and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
8.Add the blanched swiss chard and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9.Season with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and serve warm.
