10 sheets frozen phyllo dough , thawed
Swiss Chard Spanakopita Casserole is a Greek-inspired dish that combines the flavors of spinach pie with the health benefits of swiss chard. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2.In a large sauté pan over medium heat, cook the white onion, green onion, and garlic until soft and translucent.
3.Add the swiss chard to the pan and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
4.Transfer the swiss chard mixture to a large bowl and add in the parsley, mint, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and egg whites. Stir until well combined.
5.Arrange 5 sheets of phyllo dough in the bottom of the prepared baking dish, brushing each sheet with cooking spray.
6.Add the swiss chard mixture to the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
7.Top the swiss chard mixture with the remaining 5 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with cooking spray.
8.Bake the casserole for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
