16 -24 ounces mozzarella cheese ( shredded )
1/2 cup mushroom ( canned-sliced or fresh-sauted )
4 slices bacon ( cooked and crumbled )
1 package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2.In a large mixing bowl, mix together the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Allow it to Sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
3.Add the bread flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until combined to form a dough. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
4.Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm place while you prepare the pizza topping.
5.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.
6.Add the chopped Swiss chard stalks and cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the leaves and cook for another 3 minutes until the chard is wilted. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.
7.Roll out the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Spread the chard-artichoke mixture evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and crumbled bacon on top.
8.Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow the pizza to sit for a few minutes before cutting and serving.
