1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
12 tablespoons sweet unsalted butter , softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons instant coffee crystals ( optional )

Instructions
