Instructions

1.Rinse rice in water then place it in a pot with water. Boil rice until the water boils out then reduce heat to low.
2.Add dried lemon peel, ground cardamom, Chinese five spice powder, ginger, celery seed, dried cilantro, jamaican jerk spice, splenda sugar substitutes, shredded coconut, and raisins (if desired) and mix together.
3.Cover the pot and allow rice and the spices to steam for about 20-25 minutes on low heat.
4.Once cooked, add whipped topping and crushed pineapple for added flavor.
