Instructions

8.Drain and rinse the corn husks and pat dry with paper towels.
9.Spread a tablespoon of masa mixture on the corn husk making a 1 1/2-inch border on all sides.
10.Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each tamale and fold sides toward the middle.
11.Tie each tamale with a length of kitchen twine.
12.Place tamales in a steamer and steam for 45 minutes.
