1/2 cup Crisco shortening
1 cup rice flour , plus
2 tablespoons rice flour
1 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon salt substitute
3 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons sugar or 4 teaspoons sugar substitute
4 -5 tablespoons cold water
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pam cooking spray
1/3 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tablespoon margarine

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to temperature of 350°F (180°C).
2.In a bowl, mix the cooked rice and shortening.
3.Add rice flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar with the mixture.

5.Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/8 thickness.
6.Cut the dough into small round bites using cookie cutters.
7.Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the bites on it.
8.Bake the bites in the oven for 20-25 minutes until light brown.
9.In a pan, mix soy sauce and margarine to prepare a sauce.
10.Serve the bites with soy sauce and enjoy!
